BOOKING POLICIES
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
- A consultation is required prior to booking.
- Payment of the deposit confirms that you have read and agreed to all VSNSBYNAI policies.
- Full payment is due on or before the day of your session.
LATE & RESCHEDULING POLICIES
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or canceled based on scheduling availability.
- Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee.
- Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
- A $25 rescheduling fee applies to all approved reschedules.
- Deposits can only be transferred to a future session if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

- Rush Editing (1–2 Business Days): $35
- Additional Edited Images: $10 per image
